Your Liability Before We Dig

Be sure that you used 811 service that notifies all utility companies in the area and ensures a representative comes to mark your land with flags or paint.

“The customer is responsible for arranging for the marking of any and all private utility lines on the property, including, but not limited to, irrigation lines, sewer lines, and privately owned cable and conduit. The contractor, customer or owner of the property has called 811 to mark the public utility lines. The customer agrees that the we (PostHoleDiggerService) shall not be held responsible for any damage or cost incurred as a result of striking any underground utility lines, pipes, or cables that are unmarked or are privately owned and not marked prior to the commencement of this work.
